Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Justin Gage, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

(Co-Founder, Managing Partner) - Justin is known for bringing excellence to the many businesses that he owns, including those in hardscapes, waste management and the green industry. He has been heavily involved in the green industry of Texas for more than 15 years, resulting in the rapid growth of CDS. He is married, has 3 children, and counts it an honor to serve in several capacities as his local church.

Randy Morris, Operations Manager

(Operations Manager) – Randy is a previous business owner with over 20 years in the green industry. He loves to fish, has a wife and 2 kids, and serves in his church regularly.

Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith is head of the Arboriculture Division and serves our clientele and their trees with an absolute passion. As a Tree Doctor, College Instructor, Arborist Trainer, and previous Tree Business CEO – he brings a wealth of arboricultural knowledge and experience to the CDS Leadership Team. Under his direction, many crews of Arborists have successfully diagnosed, treated, and saved hundreds of thousands of sick and diseased trees on Industrial, Commercial, HOA, and High-end Residential projects across the state of Texas.
